My best friend is what is known as a teen nudist. I swear she will drop her clothes ANYWHERE and in front of ANYONE. It really doesn’t matter to her who is around. She is so comfortable with her body that she has been living like this for as long as I can remember.

It’s not so bad, I guess, except that she keeps trying to get ME to run around nude with her. There’s no way I want to do that. She’s already kind of annoyed me by walking in the room nude when my boyfriend was there. She didn’t seem to think it was such a big deal, but I did. He couldn’t stop staring at her tits and I finally got pissed off and made him leave.

I was trying to explain that a teen nudist is not something that everyone will just take in stride and that I didn’t appreciate having her prancing around butt naked in front of my boyfriend. She really doesn’t get it, and is always telling me to not be shy. She holds with the belief that a person has a beautiful body and that beauty should be celebrated by showing off the nakedness.

Well, I am not about to start frolicking around in the nude. I mean, it’s cool if that’s what SHE likes to do. Her right to be a teen nudist is great but she will NOT be doing that around my boyfriend again. We kind of went around in circles about that subject, but I think she will stay dressed around him now out of respect for me.

I have also been kind of nervous about my parents walking in and catching her watching television in the nude or something. They would NEVER understand and would probably make me move back home, which I really don’t want to do. So if I have advance warning that my parents are going to visit, I make sure she has clothes or is not even there by the time they arrive.

I guess being a nudist isn’t the worst thing she could be, but it seems that she should develop some consideration for those of us who prefer to keep our clothes ON in front of other people. It’s not that my body is bad or anything, but I just don’t feel the need to show it off constantly. Oh well, maybe one of us will change our views one day.
